Q. Can i request support staff for installing additional application?
Yes if any additional application you want, you can download it in your rdp and request support staff to install it using live chat.
Q. Can I customize the RDP servers?
Yes! Simply select the plans of your choice and click the "Customize" button. You will be able to customize the different aspects of your server from the customization page. If you need a special customization that is unavailable in that page, simply contact us.
Q. Can I upgrade my RDP later on?
Yes! You can upgrade your RDP quickly and easily with a few clicks. Upgrading your RDP will require a single reboot and will not involve an IP change or data loss.
Q. Do you provide refunds for rdp services?
Yes we do have 24 hours refund guarantee in all rdp plans, you just have to ask for refund within 24 hours of activation.
Q. What if i overload resources: ram, cpu ( in non encoding ), network?
We will send you warning first, if you will not lower your uses we will suspend rdp. Please note: you are not allowed to use more than 10-15% CPU in non-encoding rdp and more than 4GB RAM in any rdp plans.

Our RDP nodes are housed in a state-of-the-art data center located in the The Netherlands & Germany. The data center is a Tier III N+1 Fault Tolerant data center with the ability to remain active through a power outage of up to 72 Hours.

Q. What is your uptime SLA? Why does it matter?

Q. How long does it take to set up a new RDP?
RDP are automatically set up as soon as payment is confirmed. This is usually done within a few minutes but may take a few hours to complete in some rare cases.
Q. Will I get full root/administrator access to the server?
No! You cannot get Admin Access by default , if you need admin access you must order it additonally by paying some nominal charges.
Q. Using Vpn/Encoding Applications allowed?
Using Vpn is not allowed in any rdp plans, Encoding is allowed in plan: Encoding Rdp
